Breastmilk.

:: add breastmilk/formula milk mengikut kepekatan yg dikehendaki.


Broccoli & Cauliflower

Boil broccoli & cauliflower to tender - but i prefer steaming sbb ia kekalkan khasiat makanan.

:: Blend boiled veges
:: add breastmilk/formula milk.
