1 asam keping - yg bersaiz kecil
Air secukupnya
Garam sikit
Kunyit sikit
Olive oil
Panaskan olive oil, tumis garlic n shallot 30 saat.
Masukkan ikan, air, kunyit, serai, asam keping, garam, to taste.
Rebus hingga masak.
Siap.
Makan dgn sayuran yg dikukus - lobak, celery, broccoli.
